Hi There!

I’m Serla. I’ve been many things in my life – a banker, a student, a sports and financial journalist, a travel blogger – but I’ve never thought that I’d be a calligraphy artist. Art is never my forte, and I always dreaded my art classes. Yet here I am, pushing my creative boundaries by infusing something that I have always loved into my creative journey – words.

I love letters and words and have always been a writer, so being able to write those words in pretty letters and call them my art work just elevates the experience to a whole new level.

My aim here at inkruslee is to spread this love for creative letters and words to as many people as possible, and make you realise that you don’t always have to fit into the artist mould to create magical things.
